Pennsylvania Man Seeks $75,000 in Suit Stemming from Motorcycle Crash

On May 27, 2007, Maryland resident Ernest Entzian was driving south on I-25, hauling a large camper that was attached to the back of his GMC Sierra truck. In the process of making a left-hand turn, Entzian’s vehicle momentarily entered the northbound lane of the interstate, where his camper collided with Miller’s motorcycle, throwing Miller to the ground and causing him to suffer five broken ribs, a separated left shoulder, and multiple contusions. The Millers have requested a jury trial and are seeking at least $75,000 in the case.
