Customer Files Suit Against Kroger in E. Coli Case

An outbreak of the deadly E. coli bacteria has sparked several lawsuits in a central Ohio community. In the latest case, area resident Amanda Adams claims that she was made ill as a result of tainted ground beef she purchased from a local Kroger’s grocery store. A total of 18 people have reported similar symptoms after purchasing meat from the same store. Adams is requesting damages of at least $10,000 in the case.
