Missouri Motorcycle Wreck Leads to Lawsuit Against Goodyear Dunlop

Avid motorcyclists Darla and Michael Green were touring Lafayette County, Missouri on their 2003 Harley Davidson Ultra when a sudden tire deflation caused the motorcycle to lose control. This resulted in a collision that threw both from the motorcycle and caused extensive injuries to both driver and passenger. The Greens claim that the accident can be blamed on a defective Goodyear Dunlop tire that the pair purchased over the Internet. The Greens are asking for at least $500,000 in damages in the suit they filed against the tire manufacturer.
