Another driver’s reckless lane change brought Pennsylvania motorcycle enthusiast James Miller’s pleasant morning cruise to a sudden end, according to a civil suit recently filed by Miller and his wife. On May 27, 2007, Maryland resident Ernest Entzian was driving south on I-25, hauling a large camper that was attached to the back of his GMC Sierra truck. In the process of making a left-hand turn, Entzian’s vehicle momentarily entered the northbound lane of the interstate, where his camper collided with Miller’s motorcycle, throwing Miller to the ground and causing him to suffer five broken ribs, a separated left shoulder, and multiple contusions. The Millers have requested a jury trial and are seeking at least $75,000 in the case.
