Lawsuit Filed in Taser-Related Death

News of another wrongful death claim in a case involving a Taser device is adding fuel to the growing controversy surrounding these supposedly non-lethal weapons. Surviving family members of 20-year-old Jarrel Grey have filed a lawsuit asking for more than $145 million in damages against Frederick County, Maryland Sheriff Chuck Jenkins and Corporal Rudy Torres. The lawsuit levels a number of charges against the law enforcement officers, including police brutality and negligence.
